HR Operations & Process Compliance Executive

We are looking for an organized and responsible HR Operations & Process Compliance Executive to manage HR activities across our group companies and monitor whether employees and departments are following established company processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee attendance, leave, onboarding, documentation, performance reviews, and exit formalities.
- Coordinate recruitment, candidate screening, interviews, and joining.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, warning letters, and other HR documents.
- Verify monthly attendance and coordinate payroll inputs with accounts and management.
- Monitor employee discipline, punctuality, reporting, and policy compliance.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure departmental SOPs and approval processes are being followed.
- Identify missing documents, delayed work, incomplete entries, and process deviations.
- Maintain compliance trackers and follow up until corrective actions are completed.
- Submit weekly HR and process-compliance reports to management.
- Assist in preparing and improving SOPs, checklists, and reporting formats.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in HR operations, HR generalist, administration, or process compliance.
- Good knowledge of Excel, documentation, and report preparation.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Willingness to visit different company locations within Hyderabad when required.
- English and Hindi are required; Telugu is an advantage.
This is not a recruitment-only position. The candidate must be comfortable reviewing departmental work, identifying process gaps, and following up with employees until issues are resolved.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,500.00 per month
