Location: Noida Sector - 2 (No Hybrid working)

Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, generating leads, engaging with prospective customers, and contributing to the organization's revenue growth. The role requires excellent communication, relationship-building, and sales skills, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound lead generation.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by engaging with prospective clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Sales & Client Engagement
- Conduct counselling sessions, product demonstrations, or sales presentations, as required.
- Follow up with leads and nurture them through the sales funnel to maximize conversions.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Negotiate and close deals while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track lead status, conversions, and sales performance.
- Ensure timely updates of all customer information and business development activities.
Collaboration
- Coordinate with the marketing team to follow up on campaign-generated leads.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer support.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and business development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, customer relationship management, or a similar role.
- Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills

- Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in the EdTech, Education, or Service industry will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and lead management tools.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer lifecycle management.
