Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Manage the reception area and ensure it remains clean, organized, and presentable.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as per company policies.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, document management, and record keeping.
- Coordinate with internal departments for visitor management and office requirements.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to management and staff.
- Handle inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Ensure confidentiality of company information and documents.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to handle calls and visitors professionally.
- Basic knowledge of office administration procedures.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
