The Role:
The B2B Business Development Executive is responsible for driving business growth by identifying, developing, and closing new opportunities with other companies. The role involves building long-term relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions that align with business goals.
Job Responsibilities –
- Identify and onboard new sub-brokers to expand the company’s business network.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing partners to drive consistent business growth.
- Provide end-to-end client servicing support including onboarding assistance, query resolution, and process coordination.
- Educate franchisees and sub-brokers about company products, processes, and business opportunities.
- Monitor partner performance and provide insights, training, or guidance to improve productivity.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, compliance, etc.) to ensure smooth partner experience.
- Gather market intelligence and feedback to improve product offerings and business processes.
