Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing day-to-day communication with assigned clients.
- Understand client requirements and support in providing appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, and Operations) to ensure timely execution of client requests.
- Support in maintaining client accounts and resolving basic queries or concerns.
- Help monitor account performance and prepare regular reports and updates.
- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve client engagement and satisfaction.
- Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and client documentation.
- Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems.
- Ensure a positive client experience by providing prompt and professional support.
- Learn and contribute to client retention and relationship management initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
