Job Summary:
Olegio Gastronomy Pvt Ltd is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiters/Waitresses to join our team. The ideal candidates will provide excellent service to guests, ensure a welcoming dining experience, and uphold the high standards of Olegio Restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus, explain dishes, and make recommendations when needed
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen
- Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently
- Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set at all times
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Process bills and handle payments accurately
- Follow all hygiene, safety, and service standards
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a fine dining or hospitality environment
- Knowledge of food, beverages, and basic menu pairing
