- Supervise and coordinate daily site operations and workforce activities.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site safety procedures.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and project managers.
- Inspect work quality and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Manage site materials, equipment, and labor resources efficiently.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Resolve site-related issues and support timely project completion.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain project documentation.
