- Position – Jr. Engineer/ Assistant Jr. Engineer - Production (Paintshop)
- Qualification – B.E./ B.Tech/ Diploma (Mechanical/ Automobile/Industrial Production/Mechatronics)
- Location– Pithampur, M.P.
- Experience – 1 to 4 years (Paintshop experience preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
Paintshop Operations:
- Supervise surface preparation, painting, and finishing work
- Ensure quality standards and paint specifications are followed
- Monitor paint usage and maintain stock
- Maintain production and usage records
- Implement 5S and improve shop practices
Dispatch Coordination:
- Plan and manage dispatch schedules
- Ensure proper documentation
- Supervise loading and material handling
- Maintain dispatch records
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams
Compliance & Improvement:
- Support audits and inspections
- Follow safety and company policies
- Suggest process improvements
Skills Required:
- Planning & coordination
- Knowledge of painting & surface preparation
- Inventory management
- Teamwork & communication
- Problem-solving & attention to detail
- Basic safety & 5S knowledge
