Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and highly motivated Full-Time Mathematics & Physics Teacher to teach students from Classes 7 to 12 (CBSE/ICSE/State Board). The ideal candidate should possess excellent subject knowledge, strong classroom communication skills, and a genuine passion for inspiring young minds.
Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic Responsibilities
- Teach Mathematics and Physics for Classes 7–12.
- Deliver engaging, concept-based lessons.
- Prepare lesson plans before every class.
- Explain concepts using real-life examples and practical applications.
- Encourage logical thinking and problem-solving.
Assessment & Evaluation
- Prepare worksheets, assignments, and question papers.
- Conduct chapter tests, monthly assessments, and mock examinations.
- Evaluate answer scripts and provide constructive feedback.
- Track and monitor individual student progress.
Classroom Management
- Maintain a disciplined and positive learning environment.
- Encourage student participation and curiosity.
- Resolve academic doubts effectively.
- Ensure timely completion of the syllabus.
Parent Communication
- Conduct regular parent meetings.
- Share student performance reports.
- Maintain professional communication regarding academic progress.
Content Development
- Prepare quality study materials and handwritten notes.
- Develop question banks and practice worksheets.
- Contribute to Vedansh Foundation Program publications and academic content.
Professional Responsibilities
- Attend faculty meetings and teacher training programs.
- Participate in curriculum planning and academic discussions.
- Continuously improve teaching methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
- B.Ed. is preferred.
- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience (Freshers with exceptional subject knowledge may also apply).

- Strong conceptual understanding of Mathematics and Physics.
- Familiarity with CBSE curriculum and examination patterns.
