We are looking for a Senior Pattern Master with proven experience working under or alongside senior fashion designers. This role is strictly for professionals who have worked extensively in Western wear not ethnic, fusion, or tailoring-based categories.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of hands on experience as a Pattern Master
- Must have worked with senior / established fashion designers or luxury design houses
- Western wear expertise only (structured dresses, corsetry, gowns, evening wear, contemporary silhouettes)
- Strong understanding of fit, balance, proportions, and construction
- Ability to translate designer concepts into accurate patterns
- Experience with complex silhouettes and precision finishing
- Comfortable with multiple fittings, revisions, and high-quality standards
- Must be capable of independent pattern development (no supervision)
