We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the management/executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the executive
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events as required
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners professionally
- Monitor and follow up on pending tasks and deadlines
- Perform personal errands and ad-hoc tasks as needed to support the executive
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information
- Ability to work independently and under pressure

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
