Responsibilities & Duties
- Call and assist clients who have shown interest in travel packages
- Understand client requirements and design customized holiday packages
- Follow up with clients regarding travel plans and make necessary changes
- Handle scheduling issues and resolve client concerns
- Coordinate with the Operations Team for bookings and reservations
- Stay in touch with clients before travel to ensure smooth arrangements
Qualifications & Skills
- Fresher / Graduate can apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office preferred)
- Willingness to learn new sales and travel processes
- Strong aptitude and positive attitude
