About the Role
Artfills is looking for a **target-oriented Assistant Team Leader – Customer Support** to manage a team of 3–4 members and drive smooth class booking operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and guide a team of 3–4 Customer Support Executives.
* Drive **daily class bookings and team targets**.
* Monitor calls, follow-ups, bookings and team performance.
* Track MIS/data and make **data-driven decisions** to improve conversions.
* Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth class scheduling and bookings.
* Coach team members and ensure achievement of individual and team targets.
Requirements
*Bachelor’s degree in any discipline/12th Pass
* 1+ years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, Inside Sales or similar roles.
* Experience managing a **3–4 member team**.
* Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
* Target and result-oriented approach.
* Strong analytical and data-handling skills.
* Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
* EdTech experience will be an added advantage.
