Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding overseas education opportunities, including country, course, university, and program selection.
- Conduct profile assessments and guide students in shortlisting suitable universities based on their academic background, career goals, and budget.
- Handle walk-in, telephonic, website, and social media enquiries.
- Follow up with prospective students through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Provide accurate information regarding admissions, visa procedures, accommodation, scholarships, and study-abroad processes.
- Manage the complete student admission cycle from enquiry to enrolment and pre-departure support.
- Participate in educational events, seminars, workshops, and promotional activities.
- Attend university training sessions and workshops to stay updated on international education trends.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Any Graduate with 2–5 years of experience in counseling, telesales, customer relations, or the education sector.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply for Junior Counselor positions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet browsing, and email communication.
- Candidates residing in and around Calicut city will be preferred.
- Willingness to commit to a long-term career and work with the organization for a minimum of two years.
- Experience in academic counseling or overseas education counseling will be an added advantage.
- Candidates who enjoy interacting with students and maintaining regular follow-ups through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
