Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Sales Manager with 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in the Interior Design, Architecture, Home Décor, Building Materials, or Construction industry. The ideal candidate should have strong relationships with Interior Designers, Architects, Builders, PMC Consultants, and Corporate Clients, and be capable of generating project sales from lead generation to closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate project sales through Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Contractors, and Corporate Clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the architecture and construction industry.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert them into long-term clients.
- Conduct product presentations, meetings, and site visits.
- Coordinate with the design and execution teams for smooth project delivery.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to payment collection.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain CRM records and submit regular sales reports.
- Represent Aavana Greens at exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Project Sales.
- Prior experience in Interior Design, Architecture, Home Décor, Building Materials, Wallpaper, Flooring, Furniture, Lighting, Modular Kitchen, or related industries.
- Strong network with Interior Designers, Architects, Builders, Developers, and Contractors.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and project visits.
Preferred Candidate
- Existing network of Architects, Interior Designers, and Builders in Delhi NCR.
- Experience in premium home décor or interior finishing products.
- Knowledge of project sales and tender-based business.
Salary
₹6 – ₹9 LPA (Negotiable based on experience) + Attractive Incentives + Travel Reimbursement
