Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our IT Training Institute. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the branch, leading the sales and counselling team, driving student admissions, and ensuring smooth operations of the training center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall operations of the training institute branch.
- Lead and supervise the sales, counsellor, and trainer teams.
- Drive student admissions and revenue growth for the branch.
- Monitor and achieve monthly admission targets.
- Plan and execute marketing activities, campaigns, and promotions.
- Build partnerships with colleges and educational institutions for student leads.
- Organize seminars, workshops, and campus visits to promote training programs.
- Ensure high-quality student counselling and customer satisfaction.
- Track leads, admissions, and performance reports.
- Maintain discipline, productivity, and overall branch performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in any field.
- 3–6 years of experience in education, training institute, or sales management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Experience in student admissions, counselling, or education sales preferred.
