- 5+ years of BIM experience with the ability to communicate technical requirements and support business development and sales efforts.
- Experience with Revit, Autodesk products, Navisworks, and other BIM-related software is required.
- Strong knowledge of commercial buildings, multifamily projects, condos, MEP BIM modeling, and end-to-end 3D building modeling projects.
- Ability to work remotely while communicating effectively with multicultural teams and managing an approximately 9.5-hour time difference.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, developers, and strategic partners.
- Identify new business opportunities, develop territory growth strategies, prepare proposals, and deliver technical presentations.
- Lead and manage BIM projects from initiation to completion while overseeing schedules, deliverables, quality, and client coordination.
- Support marketing, lead generation, trade shows, webinars, client engagement, and customized BIM solution development.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
