A Voice Premium Auditor is responsible for conducting premium audits through phone-based interactions with insureds to collect and verify payroll, exposure, and business details for accurate premium calculation.
Conduct Voice-Based Audits
- Contact insureds via phone to collect required audit information
- Explain audit requirements, timelines, and document needs clearly
- Handle inbound and outbound audit-related calls professionally
- Verify payroll and exposure details using supporting documents (e.g., Form 941)
- Identify discrepancies and ensure correct classification and exposure reporting
- Communicate audit requirements and resolve queries professionally
- Prepare clear audit summaries and documentation
- Follow up for missing information and ensure timely closure of audits
- Maintain accuracy, compliance, and quality standards
