Ghoman Group is looking for a skilled and experienced Web Designer / Web Developer to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position for professionals who can create high-quality websites, deliver exceptional user experiences, and collaborate effectively while working during US business hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Design modern, professional, and responsive websites.
- Develop and maintain websites using current web technologies and best practices.
- Convert Figma, Adobe XD, or other design files into functional websites.
- Ensure websites are optimized for speed, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and bugs.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients during US working hours.
- Maintain website security, updates, and performance.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5+ years of experience in web design and web development.
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web design.
- Experience with WordPress, Elementor, WooCommerce, or similar CMS platforms.
- Familiarity with Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, and modern front-end frameworks.
- Experience with PHP, Shopify, React, Laravel, or related technologies is a plus.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles.
- Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating previous web design and development work.
- Reliable internet connection and remote work setup.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Availability during US business hours.
