About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and motivated AI Developer (Fresher) to join our growing technology team.
This role is ideal for recent graduates who have a strong foundation in Python, machine learning, deep learning, data processing, and generative AI concepts through academic projects, internships, certifications, or personal work.
You will work under the guidance of experienced engineers and contribute to building, testing, and improving AI-powered applications that solve real-world business problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing, testing, and deploying AI and machine learning solutions
- Support data collection, cleaning, preprocessing, and analysis
- Build and train basic machine learning and deep learning models under guidance
- Contribute to generative AI applications using LLMs and AI APIs
- Assist in building chatbots, recommendation systems, document-processing solutions, and automation workflows
- Create and evaluate prompts for LLM-based applications
- Support REST API development and integration using FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks
- Assist in implementing embeddings, semantic search, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) workflows
- Evaluate model performance including accuracy, response quality, and reliability
- Participate in debugging, testing, and code reviews
- Write clean, reusable, and well-documented Python code
- Maintain documentation, experiment logs, and technical reports
- Collaborate with AI developers, engineers, and product teams
- Continuously learn and adapt to new AI tools, frameworks, and technologies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, IT, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience
- Good programming knowledge in Python
- Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms
- Familiarity with data preprocessing, model training, and evaluation
- Exposure to at least one framework:
- Scikit-learn
- PyTorch
- TensorFlow
- Keras
- Basic understanding of generative AI, LLMs, or prompt engineering
- Knowledge of SQL and database fundamentals
- Familiarity with Git and version control
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
