We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Marketing Engineer to manage site execution, contractor coordination, labour management, and customer communication for ongoing projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution of work, safety compliance, reporting, and effective coordination with project teams and clients.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily project/site execution activities
- Allocate work to contractors, technicians, and labour teams
- Arrange manpower, tools, materials, and equipment as per project requirements
- Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion
- Maintain safety compliance and conduct toolbox/safety briefings
- Coordinate with customers and management regarding work schedules and updates
- Maintain attendance, labour records, and daily work reports
- Handle equipment/tool inventory and reconciliation
- Identify site issues and provide timely solutions
- Prepare daily/weekly MIS and project reports

Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field
