Job Summary
The Assistant Professor / Faculty for the BCA Department will be responsible for delivering quality education in computer applications and information technology subjects. The candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, effective teaching skills, and the ability to guide students in practical learning, projects, and career development.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver lectures and practical sessions for BCA students.
* Teach subjects such as:
* Programming Languages (C, C++, Java, Python)
* Database Management System (DBMS)
* Data Structures
* Web Development
* Operating Systems
* Computer Networks
* Software Engineering
* Cyber Security / AI / Cloud Computing (if applicable)
* Prepare lesson plans, assignments, notes, and study materials.
* Conduct practical labs, coding sessions, and workshops.
* Guide students in academic projects, presentations, and internships.
* Evaluate assignments, internal exams, practicals, and semester assessments.
* Maintain attendance records and academic documentation.
* Mentor students for academic and career growth.
* Participate in seminars, workshops, FDPs, and departmental activities.
* Support admission counseling, student engagement, and institutional events.
Required Qualifications
* MCA / M.Sc. (Computer Science/IT) / M.Tech (CS/IT) with minimum 55% marks.
* NET / SET / Ph.D. preferred as per UGC norms.
* Freshers or experienced candidates may apply.
Experience
* 2–5 years of teaching or industry experience preferred.
* Candidates with practical/project exposure will be an added advantage.
Salary
* As per institutional norms and candidate experience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
