We are looking for enthusiastic, empathetic, and customer-focused freshers to join our Customer Support & Success team as Interns. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about communication, customer interaction, and problem-solving. This internship offers hands-on exposure to global customer support operations along with an opportunity for full-time employment based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support through chat, email, WhatsApp, social media, and voice support channels.
- Understand customer concerns and provide polite, empathetic, and solution-oriented responses.
- Build positive relationships with customers through professional communication.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on pending issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and service updates.
- Participate in daily training sessions and process improvement activities.
- Learn and adapt to company products, services, and customer handling processes.
- Ensure timely responses and maintain customer satisfaction standards.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 0-1 years of experience in CRM or handling customers.
- Any Graduate (Arts, Science, Commerce, Management, or related disciplines)
- Candidates looking to build a long-term career in Customer Support, Customer Success, Operations, or Client Relationship Management.
Internship Details for freshers below:
- Duration : 6 months
- Stipend: Rs. 10,000/month (with applicable deductions)
- Work Mode: @ Office (Ambattur, Prince Info Park)
- Opportunity: Conversion to full-time role based on performance CTC will be 2.5LPA
For experience candidates salary is based on their previous CTC
Interested can walk in to the office from Monday to Saturday from 10:00 AM to 04:00 PM at the below venue.
