Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the lighting and facade segment
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and market research
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, consultants, and corporate clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and technical solutions to clients
- Coordinate with design and technical teams for project execution
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Follow up on inquiries, negotiations, and order finalization
- Track sales activities and update CRM regularly
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven experience in sales/business development
- Ability to generate leads and close deals independently
- Good understanding of B2B sales
- Knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
- Self-motivated and target-driven
Preferred Experience
- Experience in lighting, construction, interiors, or facade industry is a plus
- Existing network with architects, builders, or contractors preferred
