Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their travel requirements.
- Sell travel products and services including flights, hotels, tours, and insurance.
- Provide expert travel advice and suggest suitable travel packages.
- Handle booking processes and ensure accurate reservations.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitor activities.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of bookings and customer interactions.
- Resolve any customer issues or complaints professionally.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
- Previous experience in sales or travel industry preferred.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Passion for travel and customer service.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
