Position - Purchase Executive - HVAC
Location- Vikhroli - Mumbai
Job Summary:
Responsible for procurement of HVAC materials, equipment, and services as per project requirements at competitive prices and within timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle purchase of HVAC materials like VRF/VRV systems, chillers, ducts, pipes, insulation, and accessories.
- Prepare RFQs, compare quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize vendors.
- Coordinate with project, design, and store teams for material requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials at site as per project schedule.
- Maintain vendor database and develop new suppliers.
- Prepare purchase orders and follow up for dispatch and payment.
- Verify material quality as per BOQ and specifications.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
