Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented fresher to join our Accounts team as an Account Executive. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of GRN processing, billing, and data entry, with a willingness to learn and grow in the accounting domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, verify, and maintain day-to-day accounting records.
- Handle Goods Receipt And Issue checking supplier invoices against Receipt and coordinating with the warehouse team.
- Perform accurate data entry of purchase invoices, sales invoices, and expense bills into the accounting system.
- Assist in reconciling vendor accounts and following up for discrepancies.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounts-related records.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments (warehouse, sales, procurement) for accounting data and clarifications.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or any related field.
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in accounting.
- Basic knowledge of:
- Data entry
- Basics Of Accounting
- MS Excel and basic computer operations
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and strong numerical ability.
- Willingness to learn accounting processes and company systems.
- Basic Knowledge of accounting software (ERP, Tally)
