About the Role
We are looking for a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our product team. You will be responsible for designing elegant, user-centered digital experiences across our web and mobile products. Working closely with team, you will shape how our users interact with everything we build.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design — from discovery and research through wire frames, prototypes, and final high-fidelity designs
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather actionable insights
- Build and maintain a scalable design system and component library in Figma
- Collaborate with product managers to define requirements and translate them into design solutions
- Work with frontend engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of your designs
- Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and product analytics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0–1 years of professional experience in UI/UX design for digital products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process and impact
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma
- Solid understanding of design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design
- Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative user research
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Prefered Skills
- Experience designing for both web and mobile (iOS/Android)
- Familiarity with front-end concepts (HTML/CSS) to collaborate effectively with engineers
- Motion design or prototyping experience using Principle or Protopie
