Key Responsibilities
- Understand hiring requirements from department managers.
- Create and post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and company websites.
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Negotiate salary packages and prepare offer letters.
- Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
