What You'll Do
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications
- Troubleshoot system and connectivity problems quickly and efficiently
- Maintain office networks, printers, CCTV, and IT equipment
- Monitor system performance and ensure data security at all times
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers when needed
- Assist staff with IT queries and day-to-day technical support
What We're Looking For
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and software troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Windows, MS Office, and network/internet setup
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Freshers with solid technical knowledge are welcome to apply
