INKEL Limited, a Public-Private Partnership promoted by the Government of Kerala, is expanding its business development team to drive project acquisition across Logistics and Renewable Energy in both public and private sectors.

Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and secure new project opportunities in logistics and renewable energy (solar & wind) across government, PSU, and private-sector clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in government departments, local bodies, cooperatives, and PSUs.
- Track tenders, EOIs, and RFPs relevant to INKEL's verticals; coordinate bid preparation with internal technical teams.
- Represent INKEL at industry forums, government liaison meetings, and client presentations.
- Convert relationships into revenue — from first meeting to signed contract.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 5–6 years of experience in business development, marketing, or client acquisition
- Prior experience in PSU, Government departments, Local Self-Government bodies, or Cooperative institutions strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of how public sector procurement, tendering, and approvals function
- Strong communication and relationship-management skills across government and corporate stakeholders
- Exposure to logistics, infrastructure, or renewable energy sectors is a plus
