Job Brief
We are seeking an active, disciplined, and sharp-eyed Security Field Officer to oversee operations across our assigned client sites. You will be responsible for supervising security guards, conducting surprise audits, ensuring strict compliance with safety protocols, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities1. Field Supervision & Operations
- Site Inspections: Conduct regular scheduled visits and surprise night-time audits across multiple client locations to ensure guards are alert, punctual, and in proper uniform.
- Guard Deployment & Attendance: Oversee the daily roster, manage guard leave replacements, and minimize absenteeism to ensure full contract fulfillment.
- Incident Response: Serve as the first point of contact for field emergencies, security breaches, or accidents. Coordinate with local authorities (police, fire, medical) when necessary.
- Equipment Audits: Inspect on-site security systems, including CCTV functionality, metal detectors, handheld radios, and logbooks, ensuring everything is in working order.
2. Client Relations & Compliance
- Client Coordination: Meet with site managers and clients regularly to gather feedback, address security concerns, and adapt security measures to their needs.
- Compliance Enforcement: Ensure all ground operations comply with local labor laws, health and safety regulations, and corporate security policies.
