Must be based in Mumbai. This is primarily a work-from-home role, but availability for on-ground shoots and client visits (when required) is essential.
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Social Media Intern who understands content culture and wants hands-on exposure to real brand accounts. This role involves both remote execution and occasional on-field shoot support.
If you are looking for a passive internship, this is not the role. We are looking for someone who wants real exposure.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Execution
- Assisting in content calendars
- Writing captions
- Basic Canva design support
- Reel ideation & trend research
- Hashtag research
2. Shoot & On-Ground Support (When Required)
- Assisting during shoots
- Helping with behind-the-scenes content
- Coordinating basic logistics
- Supporting client interactions
- Content capture using phone (if needed)
3. Platform Management
- Scheduling posts
- Community management (replying to comments/DMs under guidance)
- Tracking engagement metrics
4. Trend & Research
- Identifying trending audios
- Tracking competitor content
- Suggesting new content formats
Requirements
- Based in Mumbai
- Available for occasional on-ground shoots
- Basic understanding of Instagram & content trends
- Comfortable appearing in behind-the-scenes if required
- Good written English
- Basic Canva knowledge
- Responsible and punctual (shoot delays are costly)

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
