1. Developing plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals.
2. Managing the sales team, operations and resources to deliver profitable growth.
3. Develop sales team and managing hiring to scale the team appropriate to market conditions and opportunities.
4. Setting individual sales targets with sales teams, tracking performance and adjusting strategies as needed.
5. Overseeing the activities and performance of sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets and facilitate the ongoing trailing of sales personnel.
6. Driving the sales team towards high performance by conducting reviews, appraisals and offering constructive feedback.
7. Working closely with team to ensure consistent lead generation.
8. Collaborating while working with executives to achieve sales goal for respective territories.
9. Compiling and analysing sales figures, reporting back to senior management team.
10. Keeping up to date with products and competitors in the industry.
11. Attending network and promotional events to develop and maintain contacts.
12. Understanding customer needs and effectively communicating how products can satisfy these needs.
13. Devising new and original techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets.
14. Planning and coordinating the penetration of new markets.
Education & Experience: Diploma/Bachelor/Master in Electrical with 10+ years of relevant work experience in same or similar industry. Bachelor in Business Administration along with would be an added advantage and preferable.
