Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Time and Labour (T&L) Functional Analyst to join our HR Technology team. This role plays a critical part in designing, supporting, and enhancing our global Oracle HCM Cloud Time and Labour environment. You will partner closely with HR, Payroll, and Operations to ensure accurate time capture, compliance with labour rules, and a seamless user experience.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Oracle HCM Time & Labor Configuration & Support
Configure and maintain T&L components such as:
Time Entry Profiles
Time Processing Profiles
Time-Consumer Sets
HCM Groups
Time Entry Rules / Rule Sets
Work Schedules & Schedule Assignments
Fast Formulas related to Time & Labor
Support integrations between Time and Labour, Absence Management, Payroll, and third‑party time collection devices
Operational Support
Troubleshoot and resolve T&L issues, including time card errors, group membership discrepancies, profile assignments, retroactive changes, and schedule updates.
Monitor scheduled processes such as Evaluate Group Membership, Generate Time Cards, Time Calculation, and Time Transfer to Payroll.
Ensure retroactive updates and effective‑dated changes are processed correctly across Time & Labour and Payroll.
Project Delivery
Lead or support system enhancements, quarterly updates testing, and new module/functionality rollouts.
Collaborate with IT and HR stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend optimized configuration approaches.
Testing & Documentation
Develop and execute test scripts for new features, fixes, enhancements, and Oracle cloud releases.
Maintain configuration documentation, SOPs, and system troubleshooting guides.
User Support & Training
Provide Tier 2/3 support to HR, managers, and employees for time card and scheduling issues.
Deliver training materials and conduct sessions related to Time and labour processes.
Other projects/duties as assigned or needed.

- Requires standing and sitting for prolonged periods of time, talking and listening.
- Must be able to walk and use hands.
- Typically work is in an office environment where the noise level is low to moderate.
- Occasionally work is in a manufacturing environment where the noise level is loud.
