Role Overview
The candidate should have an understanding of basic IT-related technical terms including:
- MS Exchange, Active Directory, Office 365, Memory, Server, CPU, Network, IP Address, Cloud, Windows Server, DHCP, DNS, etc.
- Prior experience in infrastructure monitoring will be an added advantage.
Role Details
- Service Desk, Server Monitoring, Network Monitoring, and Troubleshooting server/network issues.
- Ability to work independently, be adaptable to change, and manage varied working hours.
- Responsible for queue monitoring and acknowledging tickets.
- Basic application support knowledge.
- Flexible to work extended hours if required; open to 24/7 support and rotational shifts.
- IT Support – Non-Voice Process.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Microsoft 365: MS-500, MS-900, M365, O365

- BE / B.Tech – Computer Science or Information Technology
- BCA / MCA
