We are seeking a highly creative, visually meticulous, and strategic Social Media Manager to shape, scale, and maintain our premium digital identity. If you have a flawless eye for luxury aesthetics, know how to translate emotion into visual storytelling, and understand the nuances of managing high-touch platforms in India, we want you on our team.
The Role & What You’ll Do
As our Social Media Manager, you will own the end-to-end digital narrative of our brand. You will be responsible for building a highly engaged community, planning seasonal luxury campaigns, and managing our communication flow across four core channels: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp Business.
- Platform Management & Strategy: Develop and execute a premium, cohesive content calendar tailored specifically for India’s luxury market. You will run Instagram (our main visual engine), Facebook (community & family celebrations), LinkedIn (B2B corporate gifting & brand milestones), and WhatsApp Business (VIP client broadcast & retention).
- Visual Storytelling & Aesthetics: Conceptualize, shoot, and direct high-quality visual content. You will shoot aesthetic Reels, clean product showcases, and behind-the-scenes event setups that capture the scale of our premium work.
- Premium Copywriting: Write sophisticated, polished, and platform-specific captions that reflect an elite brand voice, using social SEO effectively.
- WhatsApp Conversational Marketing: Design and execute strategic broadcast campaigns via WhatsApp Business to engage past customers, announce exclusive limited-edition drops, and nurture VIP client relationships.
- Community & VIP Engagement: Actively manage inbound comments and DMs across all platforms, ensuring our responses match the impeccable service codes of a luxury concierge.
- Analytics & Trend Auditing: Track growth, engagement rates, and link-click performance to continually optimize what drives high-average-order-value (AOV) conversions.
Required Skill Set & Experience
- Luxury Brand Experience: 1+ years of proven experience managing social media for a premium D2C brand, high-end hospitality, luxury fashion, or a premium event house (Visual portfolio required).
- Multi-Platform Mastery: Deep, up-to-date knowledge of the algorithms, mechanics, and formats for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- WhatsApp Business Optimization: Experience using WhatsApp Business tools (broadcasts, catalog links, automated flows) to drive customer retention.
- Aesthetic Content Creation: Hands-on proficiency with mobile content production tools (e.g., CapCut, Lightroom, Canva, Photoshop) to maintain crisp, high-end photography and video standards.
