Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support
- Manage the Managing Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence.
- Maintain confidential records and sensitive business information.
Coordination & Follow-ups
- Track key projects, action items, and deadlines across departments.
- Follow up with teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Coordinate with functional heads for reports, MIS, and management updates.
- Assist in planning board meetings, leadership reviews, and strategic discussions.
Administrative Support
- Organize business documents, contracts, and important records.
- Prepare business presentations and executive summaries.
- Manage travel bookings, accommodation, and expense reports.
- Coordinate vendor meetings and administrative activities.
Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft professional emails, official correspondence, and business communications.
- Ensure smooth communication across departments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 5–6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
Technical Skills
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive)
- Meeting scheduling tools
- Basic MIS reporting and documentation
- Presentation preparation
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
