Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers.
- Inform customers about jewellery collections, offers, events, and savings schemes.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, visits, and purchases.
- Generate customer appointments and increase showroom footfall.
- Maintain customer records and call logs.
- Handle customer queries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Build strong relationships with customers through regular communication.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).
- Good communication skills in Hindi, Punjabi and English.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior telecalling, customer service, or sales experience will be an advantage.
