We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Developer / Full Stack Developer (Flutter/Laravel) with 2–4 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in modern web and app development technologies, hands-on experience building scalable applications, and a solid understanding of backend/frontend architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following development best practices
- Build and maintain responsive frontend interfaces and robust backend systems
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver features
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot technical issues
- Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and cloud services
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and sprint planning
- Deploy and maintain applications on cloud/server environments
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of professional software development experience
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as PHP, JavaScript, TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with Laravel, Node.js, React.js, and modern frameworks/libraries
- Experience in mobile/app development technologies is a plus (React Native / Flutter / Hybrid App Development)
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and backend architecture
- Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
- Familiarity with Git/version control systems
- Knowledge of authentication, security, and performance optimization
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD Pipelines
- Understanding of scalable backend architecture and microservices
- Experience with DevOps practices and deployment workflows
