About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketing Executive to support our business development and lead generation efforts within the Semiconductor, Electronics, and Technology sectors. The ideal candidate should have experience in cold calling, lead generation, and customer outreach, with the ability to identify potential business opportunities and schedule meetings with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective customers and businesses.
- Introduce company products and services and identify potential business opportunities.
- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through telephonic outreach and follow-ups.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales and business development teams.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects and customers to build strong relationships.
- Perform market research to identify target companies, key decision-makers, and industry trends.
- Build, update, and maintain prospect and customer databases.
- Track and record all customer interactions in CRM or internal systems.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to support lead conversion activities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and customer requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Telemarketing, Telesales, Lead Generation, Inside Sales, Business Development, or a similar role.
- Proven experience in cold calling and customer outreach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to confidently interact with professionals and decision-makers.
- Experience in lead research, prospect identification, and database management.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and internet research tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electronics & Communication, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Exposure to Semiconductor, Electronics, Technology, IT, or Engineering Services industries.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, or similar lead-generation tools will be an advantage.
- Experience working with international customers or global markets is preferred.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
