We are hiring a talented Senior Full Stack Engineer to build and scale custom CRM/ERP solutions for a fast-growing US-based solar energy company.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop custom CRM/ERP platforms using the MERN Stack.
* Build scalable frontend and backend applications.
* Develop REST APIs, webhooks, middleware, and third-party integrations.
* Create workflow automation, user roles, permissions, and business process systems.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
* Ensure high performance, security, and scalability.
Required Skills
MongoDB, Express.js, React.js/Next.js, Node.js
Custom CRM/ERP development experience
API integrations, webhooks, authentication, middleware development
AWS and backend architecture expertise
Database design and system architecture knowledge
Experience
* 4–8 years of Full Stack Development experience
* Must have delivered at least one end-to-end CRM, ERP, or workflow automation platform
* Experience building custom integrations from scratch
