Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute cold and warm email outreach campaigns to engage potential clients and partners.
- Implement and manage email automation workflows to streamline communication and improve campaign efficiency.
- Design and write compelling email content that resonates with the target audience and drives conversions.
- Track email campaign performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports on key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Maintain and segment email lists to ensure accurate targeting and optimize campaign reach.
- Conduct A/B testing on email subject lines, content, and timing to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align email marketing strategies with overall business goals.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience in email marketing, particularly with cold and warm email outreach, automation, and campaign management.
- Tech-savvy with experience using email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.) and proficiency in email marketing best practices.
- Strong writing skills to create compelling email content and a strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated individual with a strategic mindset and the ability to adapt to new technologies and trends.
