Job Summary:-
We are seeking a proactive, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This role is primarily focused on lead generation for our core services: Web/Mobile Application Development and Digital Marketing Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Multi-Channel Lead Generation: Identify and generate high-quality leads for Web and App development services using LinkedIn, Upwork, PPH, Guru, and email outreach tools.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth research to identify potential clients, industries, and market trends that align with our service offerings.
- Proposal & Outreach Crafting: Draft engaging, customized proposals, cover letters, and introductory messages tailored to specific client needs and job postings.
- Database Management: Maintain and organize lead databases and internal tracking sheets (CRM or Spreadsheets) with high accuracy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with senior BD professionals and technical teams to ensure lead qualification and alignment with service capabilities.
- Performance Tracking: Meet daily/weekly lead generation targets and provide regular reports on outreach metrics and performance.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest trends in web/mobile technologies (e.g., React Native, Flutter, WordPress) to effectively communicate value to prospects.
Requirements & Skills
- Experience: 0–1 year of experience in lead generation or business development, preferably within the IT sector.
- Service Knowledge: Foundational understanding of: IT Services and Digital marketing services.
- IT Services: Basic web and mobile development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Hybrid vs. Native apps).
- Platform Proficiency: Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and freelancing portals (Upwork, PPH, Guru).
- Communication: Strong written communication skills with a knack for personalization and professional storytelling.
- Attributes: Highly organized, target-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Educational Qualifications
- Degree: Any Graduate (BBA, BCA, B.Tech, B.Com, or equivalent).
- Preferred: MBA/PG Diploma in Marketing or IT, or certifications in Digital/Email Marketing.
