About the Role
Airish Foods Private Limited is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Manager or Key Account Manager to drive our Contract Manufacturing and Private Label business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new B2B clients, managing key customer accounts, coordinating order execution, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new B2B business for Contract Manufacturing and Private Label products.
- Identify, approach, and onboard new clients across FMCG, Retail, and Food sectors.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
- Receive and manage Purchase Orders (POs) from customers.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Planning, and Dispatch teams for smooth order execution.
- Track every order from PO receipt to final dispatch and delivery.
- Provide regular order status updates to customers.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close business deals.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business, cross-selling, and account growth.
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer data, and MIS reports.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Food Technology, or a related field.
- 2–6 years of experience in FMCG, Food Manufacturing, Contract Manufacturing, Private Label, B2B Sales, or Key Account Management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong coordination abilities with cross-functional teams.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and email communication.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings.
