Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the complete procurement cycle for factory materials including raw materials, hardware, fittings, and project-specific items.
- Coordinate closely with Production and Project Teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Monitor inventory levels, consumption patterns, and stock movement to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Ensure proper planning and procurement of materials based on BOQs, drawings, and project requirements.
- Track purchase orders, delivery schedules, and ensure adherence to timelines.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, inventory reports, vendor databases, and documentation.
- Prepare MIS reports on procurement status, cost analysis, inventory levels, and supplier performance.
- Work closely with Accounts for invoice verification, payment follow-ups, and cost tracking.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procurement procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Procurement / Purchase / Inventory Management, preferably in interior design, furniture manufacturing, or related factory environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office / ERP systems for purchase and inventory tracking.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
