R K Engineering Works, VKI Area, Jaipur - manufacturer of EOT and gantry cranes, hoists, lifts and electrical control panels - requires a Senior Control Panel Electrician for the panel shop. This post is for experienced panel line electricians only. Freshers are not eligible.
Experience: 5 to 10 years in control panel wiring and assembly.
Work:
- Lead panel wiring work on EOT crane control panels, LT panels, MCC, PCC and APFC panels as per approved GA and schematic drawing
- Component mounting - MCCB, MPCB, contactor, overload relay, timer, relay, meter, terminal block, busbar and support insulator
- Control circuit, interlock, limit switch and brake circuit wiring with correct ferrule and lug size
- Cable dressing, gland termination, earthing and IR / megger check
- Check wiring of junior wiremen and clear panel before pre-dispatch inspection
- Maintain wiring drawing, checklist and material record for each panel
Requirements:
- ITI Electrician / Wireman or Diploma Electrical
- 5 to 10 years continuous experience in a panel manufacturing line
- Must read and correct schematic, ladder, interlock and GA drawings without help
- Knowledge of IEC 60204-32, IEC 60947 and IS 8623 panel practice
- Able to guide 2 to 3 wiremen and complete panels on time
