Job Summary
As a Junior HR Recruiter & Staffing Executive, you will own the early stages of our talent acquisition lifecycle and support general staffing operations. You will be responsible for candidate sourcing, resume screening, initial interviews, and maintaining our applicant's pipelines. This is an entry-to-junior level role perfect for someone who is exceptionally organized, communicative, and passionate about human resources.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Recruitment
Candidate Sourcing: Leverage professional platforms like the LinkedIn Job Posting Portal alongside major job boards and employee referral programs to build a diverse talent pool.
Resume Screening: Evaluate inbound applications and portfolios against minimum criteria and role qualifications to shortlist top candidates.
Initial Screening: Conduct phone or video interviews to assess basic communication, technical alignment, and cultural fitness.
Interview Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact to schedule interviews between candidates and internal hiring managers.
Staffing Operations & Administration
Database Management: Keep candidate profiles, statuses, and interview notes accurately updated within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Job Posting: Collaborate with internal teams to publish clear, compelling job descriptions across hiring platforms.
Onboarding Support: Help welcome new hires by assisting with necessary documentation and basic orientation logistics.
Hiring Metrics: Assist the senior HR team in tracking key recruitment metrics like time-to-fill and candidate response rates.
Requirements & Skills
Education & Experience
Degree Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
Prior Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or general HR operations.
Technical Competencies
Sourcing Tools: Familiarity with professional networking databases or software platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter Lite or ATS frameworks.
Office Software: Proficient with MS Office tools (specifically Excel and Word) or equivalent Google Workspace utilities.
Soft Skills
Communication Mastery: Superior oral and written communication skills with an approachable, confident demeanor.
Time Management: Highly organized with an ability to manage multiple interview pipelines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Ethical Standards: High integrity with a strict ability to maintain professional data confidentiality.
Pay: ₹40,708.52 - ₹50,183.43 per month
