Use scientific methods to ensure the safe and reliable operation of workshop mechanical equipment and achieve the target OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).
Efficiently manage SAP work orders and complete workshop mechanical equipment maintenance tasks in a timely manner.
Assist the supervisor/manager in establishing and improving preventive maintenance systems, fully implement preventive maintenance plans, track their execution, and reduce downtime due to equipment failures.
Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify the root causes of failures. Provide basic equipment knowledge training to operators. Assist the manager in completing FMECA (Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analysis) reviews for equipment.
Lead or participate in the implementation of Management of Change (MOC) in the workshop and participate in technical management during company project construction to ensure successful project completion.
Responsible for organizing and carrying out night-time on-call maintenance work.
Properly maintain and promptly update workshop equipment records, manage spare parts, initiate purchase requests to establish inventory, and be responsible for acceptance of goods.
Regularly analyze spare parts consumption based on usage frequency, procurement cycle, and importance, and optimize inventory information.
Conduct regular inspections of workshop equipment, regularly check maintenance work, focus on on-site maintenance safety management and 5S (workplace organization), and strictly control key quality points in maintenance work.
Actively cooperate with and complete other related tasks assigned by the supervisor/manager.
3 year full time Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
More than 5 years of work experience in chemical enterprises, familiar with the basic principles of operation and maintenance of chemical equipment, with solid on-site maintenance experience.
Repair maintenance of Rotating Equipments {Centrifugal Pumps, Blowers (Centrifugal, Lobe), Water ring vacuum pumps, PD pumps(Internal gear, External gear, Progressive cavity pumps}. Candidate shall be independently performing the repair and maintenance activity (Hands-on)
Alignment of Rotating equipments, understanding of vibration reports is necessary
Good communication skills, strong coordination and problem-solving abilities, team spirit, and a proactive work attitude.
Proficient in office software and skilled in computer operation.
Responsible for carrying out night-time on-call maintenance work.
Updation of History cards for routine jobs, Preventive maintenance, Shutdown maintenance, Improvement jobs
Daily inspection (DI) of plant equipments as per DI schedule, updation of the data
Candidate shall work(Hands-on) in shop floor and workshop independently along with semi skilled and unskilled workmen.
