About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and academically driven professional to lead the Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) department. The candidate will be responsible for academic leadership, curriculum development, faculty coordination, and maintaining academic excellence aligned with institutional standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the CSE department in academic and administrative functions
- Plan and implement curriculum, academic schedules, and departmental activities
- Guide faculty members in teaching methodologies, research, and student mentoring
- Ensure compliance with university and regulatory academic standards
- Monitor student performance and improve learning outcomes
- Encourage research, innovation, workshops, seminars, and technical events
- Coordinate with management for departmental planning and development
- Maintain departmental documentation and reports
Eligibility Criteria
- Ph.D. in Computer Science / Computer Science & Engineering (Mandatory)
- Freshers to 2 years of experience
- Strong academic background and subject knowledge
- Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and academic development
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of outcome-based education (OBE)
- Research orientation and publication exposure
- Experience handling students, faculty coordination, or academic activities
- Ability to organize workshops, FDPs, and technical events
